Real Estate Experience

I recently purchased my 1000th home or property!! I retired from active work at age 29. I've picked 3 perfect areas in my lifetime for appreciation and am currently in my 4th. So. Cal in 70's, St. George , Utah in 88-98, Casa grande, az in early 2000's and in Texas for last 1 1/2 years. I've been licensed Broker in 70's in CO and CA and have done everything you can do in real estate.

Real Estate Goals

I've met my financial goals. Currrently split my year between Cancun, AZ, Cal and Texas. Only goal now is to not pay income taxes for the rest of my life. It is possible.
