Purchase one a month locally which when fixed and sold will provide a very decent income.
Then begin helping out those first time buyers by being able to seller-finance their first modest homes.
Currently Seeking
An investor who understands that any investment will take 2 years to show any returns due to reclaimation and fix-up periods necessary before sale is possible.
