In my own words...
I have been helping people find the perfect home in Littleton Colorado's residential market since 1980. Over ten years of experience working for one of the states largest new home builders led me into the field of resale homes with one of the more established, Colorado founded, real estate firms.
In consultation, clients have found my wide range of real estate experience to be very helpful. Many years of listening to client's misconceptions regarding the real estate process led me to write an informational series of books for consumers, entitled Real Estate Empowerment Series, and can be found on my website http://www.REempowerment.com.
I'm a licensed broker and also a nationally accredited buyer’s representative and have earned the GRI designation Graduate, Realtor Institute. I'm a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Denver Board of Realtors. For the past five years I have been a volunteer instructor for the Home Ownership Center of Colorado, which conducts monthly workshops, mentoring predominately first time home buyers.
