In my own words...

I would be considered an Investing Newbie. I do have experience in rehabbing but have not yet benefited from the investment end. I plan on getting into the fix and flip and wholesaling. Right now I'm taking my time studying everything I can about the business before I get my feet wet.

Real Estate Experience

I have rehabed a few homes for family and friends. I have not invested in any homes yet. I have experience in getting a house in shape that sells the house in a matter of weeks.

Real Estate Goals

Start out rehabbing homes and selling them. Once I build up some capital I will get into the fix and hold, rent them out and build a portfolio.

Also I will continue to study the wealth of information this site offers and learn from other peoples mistakes and tips.

Currently Seeking

Crusty single family homes.
