To be conservative in my analysis and due diligence. Have a broad spectrum of experience in all RE investing but specialize in 1-2 main fields. Always increase my knowledge and expand the walls of the box my brain currently dwells in. Know my plan, exercise each step, and know my exit strategies. Build a portfolio that my future grandchildren will reap the benefits of my labor. Deal ethically and righteously in my work while presenting all the facts so that each party may benefit to the best of each ones abilities.
