Fannie to Rent to Owners in Foreclosure

Fannie Mae will allow homeowners facing foreclosure to stay in their homes and rent them for up to one year in a new program to help troubled borrowers.

Oh, so now it is ok for mortgage holders to be in the RE investment business and note the note business? This appears to be just another step in the direction to overtake us investors.

Designed for those who can't afford mortgage, but can afford market rent. Hmmm, who is going to fix the plumbing and AC?
