If you've forgotten your password, you can easily have it reset by clicking here.

You'll receive an email with a temporary password, which you can change once you log in to the site.

Note: If the temp password doesn't work, try to clear the cookies in your browser and login again.

Once a user registers for the site, they should get a confirmation email within 5 minutes.

If you do not see this email:

• Check your spam mailbox to make sure the message hasn't wound up there.
• If it isn't in your spam box either, contact us with your selected username using the email account you registered with and we'll manually approve the account.
• Please be sure to add webmaster [a][t] biggerPockets [dot] com to your address book/email whitelist so our other system emails won't end up rejected or as spam.

All user name changes must be manually completed by an admin at BiggerPockets.

Please contact us and let us know that you'd like to change your user name. Include your current user name and the one you'd like to change it to.

We'll email you with a notification that the change has been made.

There are only two reasons a username would be rejected during registration.

• Usernames are limited to 15 characters and may only contain letters, numbers, underscores or dashes.
• Usernames may not include spaces.

If your email address is not available, then perhaps you've already registered an account with us. Just click here to have your username sent to you or your password reset.

BiggerPockets requires you to enter your Real first and last name, a valid email address, birthday, gender, country, and zip code to register an account.

This information is expected to be accurate. Anyone found using a company name or website name in lieu of their real name will have their profiles reset.

Once you've filled out the registration form, you'll receive an email within a few minutes with a link, that you will need to click to confirm your account.

We can close any member account upon the request of that member.

Just click the Contact link at the bottom of the site and let us know that you want your account closed.

Please be sure to email us using the address you've registered with, and provide us with your username. We'll remove your profile for you.
